I agree completely, all they have to do is make a judgement according to the constitution.

I would argue there are no "liberal" justices on the SCOTUS but rather justices who read that no one is above the law. What is "liberal" about using common sense and legal precedent?

Justice Jackson is the only Justice who so legally bluntly and sensibly got right to the point and stated what we know to be the big issue here - giving a president the right to commit crimes and never be held accountable.
